Sales Positions

Freight Forwarding Sales (International Logistics Sales Representative)

College degree or above 1 year experience CET-4
Responsibilities
  • Develop new clients through multiple channels such as phone, internet, and exhibitions, promoting the company's international sea, air, land, and multimodal transport logistics solutions
  • Deeply understand client needs, answer questions regarding international logistics transportation, customs clearance, warehousing and distribution, and provide professional logistics plan design and quotation services
  • Establish and maintain good client relationships, follow up on client intentions, drive contract signing, and achieve personal and team sales targets
  • Regularly visit existing clients, explore upselling opportunities and client referral resources, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collect market information and competitor dynamics, promptly feedback client needs, and assist the company in optimizing service products and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution, and handle client complaints and unexpected issues
Requirements
  • College degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of sales experience; experience in international freight forwarding or logistics industry sales preferred; outstanding fresh graduates also considered
  • Excellent communication skills, business negotiation skills, and customer service awareness; strong ability to handle pressure
  • Goal-oriented, with strong initiative and teamwork spirit, able to independently complete sales tasks
  • English CET-4 or above, proficient in office software; candidates with existing client resources are preferred

Operations Positions

Sea/Air/Land Operations Specialist (International Logistics Operations)

Bachelor's degree or above 1 year experience CET-4
Responsibilities
  • Accept client bookings, coordinate with shipping companies, airlines, trucking companies, and agents for space booking and confirmation, and arrange full-process operations including customs declaration, inspection, and bill of lading issuance
  • Track cargo transportation status, coordinate with ports, airports, customs, warehouses, and other links to ensure timely shipment, transit, and delivery of goods
  • Maintain the order management system, input and update business data in a timely manner, prepare and submit invoicing documents, and perform cost reconciliation and settlement with suppliers
  • Handle abnormal situations during transportation (such as delays, inspections, cargo damage) and promptly communicate solutions with clients and suppliers
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining client relationships, provide professional operational support, and answer client inquiries
  • Organize and archive business documents, ensuring completeness and compliance of documents, and cooperate with internal audits and external inspections
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Logistics, International Trade, Transportation, Customs Declaration and International Freight, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of freight forwarding operations experience, familiar with sea, air, or land transport operation processes; experience in full-process operations preferred
  • English CET-4 or above, able to proficiently read and process English documents and emails, familiar with Incoterms
  • Proficient in logistics operating systems and Office software, with strong data processing capabilities
  • Meticulous, rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and adaptability
  • Holders of customs broker certificate, inspection declaration certificate, or relevant professional qualification certificates are preferred

Commercial Positions

Freight Forwarding Route Commercial Specialist (Route Commercial / Pricing Management)

Bachelor's degree or above 2 years experience CET-6
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with shipping companies, airlines, railway companies, and core suppliers, establish long-term stable partnerships, and secure competitive rates and space resources
  • Formulate pricing strategies for various routes (sea/air/land) based on market supply and demand changes and company business development needs, regularly update and publish freight rate sheets
  • Analyze route cost structures and market conditions, monitor competitor freight rate dynamics, and provide competitive quotation support to the company's sales team
  • Review supplier contract terms, negotiate and sign freight rate agreements and service agreements, control procurement costs, and optimize supplier structure
  • Coordinate daily commercial matters with suppliers, including space allocation, rate adjustments, service complaints, and claims
  • Regularly prepare route operation analysis reports, evaluate supplier service quality and cost-effectiveness, and provide data support for management decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Logistics, International Trade, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the international freight forwarding industry; experience in route commercial, procurement, supplier management, or sales support preferred
  • Familiar with international sea, air, or China-Europe Railway Express transportation markets, understanding major shipping/airline route networks and freight rate systems
  • English CET-6 or equivalent, with excellent business English communication skills, able to independently handle English email correspondence and contract negotiations
  • Strong data analysis ability, business negotiation skills, and cost awareness; proficient in Excel for data modeling
  • Strong pressure resistance, good cross-departmental coordination ability, and supplier relationship management skills; able to adapt to short-term business trips
